There are horrors and tragedies in the world, and there are people inflicting harm and pain on others. However, there are also a lot of wonderful things happening and a lot of people doing fantastic work helping and supporting others. It is not always the lack of help available, but for help to reach you sometimes, you need to reach out so you can be seen and heard.
There is no shame in saying ‘help me’
Start believing that hope and support are waiting for you and begin to take tiny steps. 
Help will find you, and when it does, you will come to know that anything is possible.
