The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness. That most frightens us.
“We ask ourselves: who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
“Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
“We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

That ‘pot of gold’ at the end of the rainbow (winning the lottery).
Overcoming all of your life’s challenges.
When all your wants and needs are met.
Silence, music, laughter, friends, family.
What does ‘happiness’ mean to you?
Who decided it was necessary?
Is it dependent on other people or things, and how will you know if, and when you have it?
Is it an illusion or just another state of ‘being’?
Will your life be meaningful without it?
Would you spend your short life searching for or trying to achieve it if you don’t know what you’re looking for?
Do you care?
There are horrors and tragedies in the world, and there are people inflicting harm and pain on others. However, there are also a lot of wonderful things happening and a lot of people doing fantastic work helping and supporting others. It is not always the lack of help available, but for help to reach you sometimes, you need to reach out so you can be seen and heard.
There is no shame in saying ‘help me’
Start believing that hope and support are waiting for you and begin to take tiny steps.
Help will find you, and when it does, you will come to know that anything is possible.
